Welcome to drdanika.co.za. The following are the terms and conditions for the use of the drdanika.co.za website (the "Site"). This Site is operated by Dr. Danika's aesthetic medicine practice. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

By accessing and using this Site, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Site's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

You may use the Site for your personal and non-commercial use. The content on the Site, including but not limited to the text, graphics, images, and information obtained from Dr. Danika's licensors, and other material ("Content"), is for informational purposes only.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The trademarks, logos, and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Site are the property of Dr. Danika and other parties. Users are prohibited from using any Marks without the prior written consent of Dr. Danika or such third party which may own the Marks.

Users agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and are prohibited from posting on the Site any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Dr. Danika's practice is located and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in that country in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site.

9: Competition Terms & Conditions:

9.1. No employee of Dr Danika Aesthetics or any of its affiliates or their advertising agency or their immediate family may enter the competition.

9.2. Competition runs from 1 February to 29 February 2024.

9.3. Competition is open to all South African citizens and permanent residents over the age of 18 (eighteen) unless otherwise stated.

9.4. The Winners to consent to his/her name and photo being used in social media posts by the company.

9.5. Entrants must have visit drdanika.co.za and complete the subscription form during the month of February 2024.

9.6. The winners will be drawn randomly, and the company’s decision will be final. The winners will be contacted within seven calendar days of the competition closing date. If the winners do not respond within 7 calendar days of being contacted, a new winner will be selected. The final winners will be announced within 7 calendar days of confirmed contact.

9.7. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.8. The prize includes a couples face chemical peel treatment, to be redeemed simultaneously and a two-night stay for two at a Cape Town Airbnb, with a total value of R4000.

9.9. One prize and one winner will be selected.

9.10. The prize is valid for 6 months from issue date.

9.11. The prize is not redeemable or convertible into cash and cannot be exchanged for a different product.

9.12. Redeeming prizes are booking dependant and subject to availability. Advanced booking and reservation advised.

9.13. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or TikTok in any way.

9.14. We adhere strictly to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in the collection and handling of entrants' personal information during this competition. Your data is treated with the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.
